hi guys,
rly sry for not posting for a long time,
but now,
the exams/tests are over, i guess its time to "ketchup" on blogging!

though the teachers are giving us so much homework even though its the THIRD LAST DAY of school.

lets go back in time...

to..

Last week
some day last week, during reading period, jingkai closed the door as 'lum bin' was feeling cold.
so this communist teacher, yang wenzhong. always lurking around, getting rdy to catch pple not reading the chinese newspapers or newsweek (seriously get a life. reading chinese newsweek? the words are all over!)
so the goat went to our front door and started banging on it and kicking it like some mad ass,
and jingkai opened the door.
then an interesting debate ensued.
interesting, for me, at least, to look at the communist.
maybe not for jingkai, when this guy stares at you with hhis big, unblinking eyes, and spluttering spit on your face, speaking like a machine gun in really fluent chinese. too fluent.=.-
after the whole incident, we asked jingkai why dint he give better reasons to the communist.
his answer : i cant debate in chinese. lol!
yeah, cant imagine how to communicate with that guy.

then on thurs and fri, was on mc.
i really, really have to thank all my friends who were there for me, those who sent me smses to check on me, and

Sunday -- The Phantom of the Opera
on sunday, i went to our dear 'durians' to watch phantom of the opera WITH MY FAMILY AND COUSIN (lest tim ng starts spreading rumours).
wow.
it really rocked, rocked, rocked rocked!! =))
i really enjoyed it .
the effects were just super.
one of my favorite scene was the first part, when they "brought the chandelier to life".
it was like 'clang'! then all the flashing lights, the 'Overture' playing in the background, and the chandelier moving up towards the ceiling.
at the end, the phantom sat on the chair and covered himself with a piece of black cloth and disappeared! timng know how to do? xD
masquerade was also very enjoyable.

we took our chinese common test on tues.
i finished my compos very quickly..

today
today we had our science exam, and its finally over.
and so for yongjs lesson, we went to the comp lab and he wasnt there.
so we just stayed around, surfed the net, played some games =x
(techie? run!!!!!!!!)
then after a long time, he came and said :
eh? i didnt think you all will be here.. nanyang coming..
they did come in the end, before we shifted off to another lab and slacked even more..

I'm a high school player. I'm a team player.
I play with my friends and with some of my enemies, but I respect everyone when it comes to my sport. I know I'm not going to get a multi-million dollar contract to play professionally. I know I may not ever get my name in the paper. I play for love of the game. For the pride and honour, for the blood, sweat and tears it takes to make the team, to earn the spot, to win the game. I play because I can . I play because I know that my life would be empty without the sport I play. I would have a lack of everything my sport gives me... integrity, courage, talent, fearlessness, pride, strength, stamina, will, and the heart of a champion. If I didn't play, I would lose a part of me. I am an athlete. I'm a boy. I'm a champion, not because my team always wins, but because when we don't, we learn from our mistakes . We try to fix them, and most of all, because we have fun.
I have built lifelong friendships and memories because of my being an athlete. I leave everything on the field or court and continue to push myself.

I am never happy with second place, but I have learned to accept it.

I have learned to get over and through my anger and be the athlete and player I have always dreamed of being. I don't play for my parents, for my family, for my friends; I don't play for my coach or my teachers or my school. I play for myself but when I'm playing, I represent them. It isn't about winning or losing, but I hate to lose. I won't settle for a tie, and I am not satisfied with 100%

finally, we had our chance to make our announcement today.
then so funny luhs.
the b div only a few people came down, so jason had to say at the start of the announcement, "Can the B Div players please come down." lols!
but it was quite a great feeling standing in front of the whole school.
first time in hc go up to announce! x)

Chinese
blahblah random compo crap.
crapping for hjalf the time, spent the rest telling a story which he has said b4, though we unanimouosly said he didnt say it b4, and telling us the format of the letter writing, though he just told us 1-2 days ago?

PE
PE was quite great today,
we had our weights room familiarisation.
the PE teacher (the one always with straw hat de) was nice!
while we were listening to him crap about the diff weight lifting equipment, suddenly we heard c.h.e.n.g.o.u bark at some poor guy.
about ankle socks or dao bah.
den many of us started laughing.
den so unexpected! the PE teacher oso laughed with us and then went to close the door! =p
real enjoyable PE lesson.

maths
nth much bah, just working out some of the more challenging questions..

ahh yes, the long awaited lesson.

yongjs just briefed us on the project and blah blah.
for the term proj, we need to create a game.
so many of us went to 'research' by playing some game made by our chinese teacher. (good excuse to slack!)=p

history was quite nice today, with alvin letting us watch a vid abt hitler.

ENGLISH WAS QUITE FUNNY TODAY, WE STARTED TO LEARN HOW TO WRITE EXPOSITORY ESSAYS.
SO THE TITLE WAS 'ANGER MANAGEMENT'.

so i went to poo-sai with jx, timng, hy, jk , qifan and lionel for lunch. before we left, my glasses frame(one side) was a little shaky..
so it kept going uneven.
throughout my bus ride home, i was trying to push it back into place as it kept going out of place.

and so, i reached home and took my shower.
i washed my glasses.
it gave way.

& so, now i have to type without my glasses. rahh.

but still, it was quite a good day.
i got a1 for lit!! x))

though our class might be scandalous at times, full of misunderstandings and unhappiness at times, we are strong, we stand united when facing others ( such as making fun of teachers and yeah.)

but now,
our friend is having a crisis, so we must help him tide past this.
yes, jingkai might have really let his parents down in some way or another, but i think getting banned from the comp, even cannot do project work, that is way to much.
lets help him.
do not give him trouble.
do not disturb him.
give him our support.
if he needs help , we shall help him.
lets help him tide over this difficult period.

he should be given a chance to turn over a new leaf.
i know he can.

this is the start of the sabbatical week.
the start of a joyful 5 days with mrs khoo.

but she had to be sick.

i got a1 for my maths again - yeahhhhh
so if i can get 35/40 for my 2 tests next term, woohoo.
i'll be exempted from maths.

35 quite diff, but its all cos last term i got 20/40...
anyway i got 35/40 and 36/40 this term, so i can do it again! xDD

and i got a2 for my geog..

(though geog must be counted with history.. so not very acurate)
